Using BIDZA
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact details. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or transferred.
Bids are binding
Every bid placed with your account is a binding offer in Kwacha. Bids cannot be retracted once accepted by our servers.
Fees
A buyer's premium of 10% is added to the hammer price, and VAT of 16% is charged on the premium. Fees are shown on each lot before you bid.
Payment and default
Invoices fall due on the date shown. Unpaid invoices may result in forfeiture of your deposit, cancellation of the sale and suspension of your account.
Condition of goods
Lots are sold as viewed. Descriptions and condition reports are prepared in good faith but are not warranties.
